We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with any of our products for any reason, we will gladly exchange the merchandise or refund your money within 30 days of your purchase in the original form of payment. However, as we are a nonprofit organization, please consider that returns to the Nature Store have to be processed, which results in additional costs for our organization. The refunded amount will be the original invoiced amount, minus shipping and handling. Please attach an original receipt and leave price tags on the item.

In the case of an exchange we will charge additional shipping costs.

Merchandise that is used, worn, or in unsellable condition will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
